Bill Payment Options
There are several ways that you can pay your MVCWD water bill.
Online
Online bill payment with a credit card, a convenience fee of $3.00 or 2.65% whichever is greater will be charged to every transaction (convenience fee is charged by the credit card processing company).
Electronic check with a flat fee $1.50.
Automatic Bill Payment
Automatic Bill Payment authorizes your bank to pay your water bill charges. Sign up today to have your bill conveniently paid automatically from your checking account. Please complete the fill-in pdf Automatic Bill Payment Form, print it out, sign and date it and return it to MVCWD. Or you can pick up a form at the District office.
Other Forms of Electronic Payment
MVCWD also accepts other electronic forms of payment, such as online banking and electronic checks from other bank processing services.
In Person at MVCWD Office
You can pay your bill in person with cash, check, money order, or credit card (with a fee) at the MVCWD office 17000 Placer Hills Rd, Meadow Vista. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After-hours slot is available at the office for payments (checks or money orders only NO CASH)

Refund Policy
After applying deposits & credit balances to any amounts owed by a customer, the District refunds remaining credit balances via a District check issued to the name and mailing address on the final account, usually within 30 days of the final statement.
